Greetings from Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy,

Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy (CTUMP) was established on December 25^th, 2002, by the Decision No. 184/2002/QĐ-TTg of Prime Minister, based on the Faculty of Medicine-Dentistry-Pharmacy of Can Tho University, which was formed in July 1979, located in Campus II of Can Tho University, Can Tho City, Vietnam.

Its mission is to be a center of education and scientific research responsible for training human resource in the field of Medicine and Health Sciences as well as applying research findings into health care services to meet the need of people in Mekong Delta and other regions of Vietnam. Besides education, CTUMP also focuses on doing scientific research, international cooperation projects and applying research results, new medical technologies to providing healthcare.

CTUMP is going to celebrate the 40^th anniversary of construction and development (1979- 2019) in December, 2019. In THE GREAT EVENT, our university will hold many important activities:

1.      The 40^th Anniversary Celebration of CTUMP’s construction and development;

2.      International Health Sciences Conference 2019;

3.      An Exhibition and introduction of medical equipment, materials, and medicaments;

4.      Events, activities, and meetings of undergraduate and postgraduate students and alumni of CTUMP and other social activities.
