Starting the collaboration journey of Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Japan: first stop at Kanazawa University
On December 8, 2025, as part of their working trip to Japan, a delegation of 10 faculty members from Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy (CTUMP), led by Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thanh Tan – Vice Rector – Director of the University Hospital, had their first working day with professors at Kanazawa University – one of Japan's leading educational institutions with a history of nearly 150 years. Kanazawa is not only renowned for its top-quality biomedical training and research but also impresses with its harmonious blend of tradition and modernity in its development philosophy. From the moment they set foot on campus, the members of the delegation felt the serious academic atmosphere, the in-depth research environment, and the friendly and hospitable staff and lecturers. This opening day brought many positive emotions to the delegation and opened up many opportunities for future cooperation.

Trong khuôn khổ chương trình giao lưu và ký kết nghĩa giữa Trường Đại học Y Dược Cần Thơ và Lữ đoàn 950 (Quân khu 9), đoàn công tác của nhà trường đã có chuyến làm việc và khảo sát thực địa tại đơn vị trên địa bàn đặc khu Phú Quốc. Buổi làm việc diễn ra trong không khí cởi mở, thẳng thắn và thiện chí hợp tác giữa hai bên.

Sáng 10/12/2025, tại Văn phòng Khoa Khoa học Cơ bản, Trường Đại học Y Dược Cần Thơ (CTUMP) đã diễn ra buổi họp Hội đồng thẩm định, nghiệm thu ngân hàng câu hỏi thi học phần “Điện kỹ thuật” nhằm nâng cao chất lượng công tác lượng giá người học.

On the afternoon of November 24, 2025, a delegation from Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy (CTUMP) visited and worked at the School of Pharmacy – The University of Queensland (UQ), one of the leading prestigious pharmaceutical training and research units in Australia. The trip was implemented to strengthen international cooperation, expand academic links and promote strategic training programs and research projects between the two universities.
