HỘI THẢO KHOA HỌC “HỒI SỨC TẠI PHÒNG SINH: CHIẾN LƯỢC TỐI ƯU HÓA KẾT CỤC SƠ SINH” TẠI BỆNH VIỆN CHUYÊN KHOA SẢN NHI SÓC TRĂNG (English version below)

Chương trình diễn ra tại Bệnh viện Chuyên khoa Sản Nhi Sóc Trăng với sự tham dự của Ban giám đốc Bệnh viện, đại diện tổ chức Les Lampions, đại diện Bộ môn Nhi và hơn 70 đại biểu là bác sĩ, điều dưỡng, nữ hộ sinh đến từ Bệnh viện Chuyên khoa Sản Nhi Sóc Trăng. Qua đó, giúp đội ngũ bác sĩ và điều dưỡng chuyên ngành Nhi - Sơ sinh được cập nhật kiến thức và nâng cao kỹ năng thực hành lâm sàng trong hồi sức sơ sinh tại phòng sinh, góp phần cải thiện chất lượng chăm sóc sức khỏe trẻ sơ sinh.

Phát biểu khai mạc,  BSCKII Chung Tấn Định - Giám đốc Bệnh viện Chuyên khoa Sản Nhi Sóc Trăng nhấn mạnh mục tiêu cấp thiết việc xây dựng đội ngũ nhân lực y tế có đầy đủ kiến thức cũng như kỹ năng về hồi sức sơ sinh, tiến tới mục đích lâu dài là đào tạo, nâng cao chất lượng đội ngũ nhân viên y tế phục vụ công tác quản lý trẻ sơ sinh tối ưu ngay tại phòng sinh nhằm chăm sóc tốt sức khỏe sơ sinh, giảm thiểu tỉ lệ tử vong sơ sinh.

Tại hội thảo, Tiến sĩ Đoàn Quốc Hòa - Bác sĩ Nhi - Sơ sinh - Tiến sĩ Đại học Montpellier (Pháp) - Chủ tịch Hiệp hội Les Lampions đại diện Tổ chức Les Lampions trình bày các nội dung:

1. Mục tiêu chương trình chăm sóc trẻ sơ sinh tại phòng sinh, tầm quan trọng của việc theo dõi thai kỳ và theo dõi sau hồi sức.

2. Thông tin chung về lưu đồ hồi sức tại phòng sinh theo nguyên tắc ABCD.

3. Đánh giá và xử trí các trường hợp hồi sức sơ sinh phức tạp.

4. Thái độ tiếp theo khi hồi sức sơ sinh thất bại.

Một trong những điểm quan trọng nhất của hội thảo, bên cạnh việc được cập nhật các kiến thức mới và chuyên sâu trong lĩnh vực hồi sức sơ sinh, các hội thảo viên còn có cơ hội được thực hành trực tiếp các thủ thuật hồi sức sơ sinh trên mô hình mô phỏng hiện đại dưới sự hướng dẫn trực tiếp của đại diện Tổ chức Les Lampions và giảng viên Bộ môn Nhi - Trường Đại học Y Dược Cần Thơ. Các kiến thức và kỹ năng hồi sức sơ sinh mà hội thảo viên được tiếp thu và thực hành trong buổi hội thảo sẽ là hành trang quý báu trong thực hành lâm sàng sơ sinh và sản phụ khoa.

Ngày 30/10/2025, Hội thảo khép lại đánh dấu một bước tiến mới trong kết nối và hợp tác quốc tế giữa Trường Đại học Y Dược Cần Thơ, Bệnh viện chuyên khoa Sản Nhi Sóc Trăng với Hiệp hội Les Lampions (Pháp) trong định hướng phát triển chuyên môn sâu trong lĩnh vực Nhi khoa - Sơ sinh, hướng tới mục tiêu nâng cao chất lượng điều trị, chăm sóc toàn diện cho trẻ em tại địa phương và trong khu vực.

SCIENTIFIC WORKSHOP: “DELIVERY ROOM RESUSCITATION – STRATEGIES TO OPTIMIZE NEONATAL OUTCOMES” AT SOC TRANG OBSTETRICS AND PEDIATRICS HOSPITAL

As part of the ongoing collaboration between Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy and Les Lampions Organization (France), the Department of Pediatrics together with Les Lampions successfully organized a workshop entitled “Delivery Room Resuscitation: Strategies to Optimize Neonatal Outcomes” on October 29–30, 2025.

The workshop took place at Soc Trang Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital with the participation of the hospital’s board of directors, representatives from Les Lampions, lecturers of the Department of Pediatrics, and more than 70 healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and midwives from the hospital. The program aimed to update participants on current knowledge and enhance clinical skills in neonatal resuscitation, thereby improving the quality of neonatal care and outcomes.

In his opening remarks, Dr. Chung Tan Dinh, Director of Soc Trang Obstetrics and Pediatrics Specialty Hospital, emphasized the urgent need to build a well-trained healthcare workforce proficient in neonatal resuscitation. He highlighted the long-term goal of improving neonatal management directly in the delivery room, ensuring optimal newborn care and reducing neonatal mortality.

During the workshop, Dr. Doan Quoc Hoa, Pediatrician–Neonatologist, Ph.D. from Montpellier University (France), and President of Les Lampions Association, presented the following topics:

1. Objectives of neonatal care programs in the delivery room and the importance of perinatal monitoring and post-resuscitation follow-up.

2. Overview of the ABCD-based neonatal resuscitation flowchart.

3. Assessment and management of complex neonatal resuscitation scenarios.

4. Management approach when neonatal resuscitation fails.

A highlight of the workshop, beyond the in-depth theoretical sessions, was the hands-on simulation training in neonatal resuscitation using advanced simulation models. Participants practiced under the direct guidance of experts from Les Lampions and lecturers from the Department of Pediatrics, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy. The knowledge and skills acquired during these sessions will serve as valuable assets in clinical neonatal and obstetric practice.

This partnership continues to strengthen professional development in Pediatrics and Neonatology, with the shared goal of advancing the quality of medical care for children locally and regionally.
