POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
I. Poster Format
The Poster is presented by Microsoft Office PowerPoint (or other software capable of converting to a .pdf format) on A0 paper size (841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches) according to the attached suggested template. (poster pptx template ).
Font: Times New Roman.
Font size: 24 point or bigger
Line spacing: 1.5 lines
II. Design and Layout specifications
- Make it obvious to the viewer how to progressively view the poster. The poster generally should read from left to right, and top to bottom.
- Present information clearly and simply in a visually appealing way.
- Be careful not to overload the poster with text and / or graphics.
III. Poster Content
The Poster consists of 4 main parts, you should choose the layout and presentation which clearly shows the main points of the project/research topic, including images, graphs, illustrations, specifically as follows:
1. Header
University name, 40 year Conference logo, Conference name, Poster code (if any).
2. General Information
- Title of the poster presentation: It is written in capital letters, bold, font style and font size depending on the purpose presented, centered, line spacing 1.5 lines.
- Name of all authors: They are put under the topic name, each author is separated by commas, center alignment.
- Names of the corresponding author responsible for contact are marked * at the end of the last letter of the name.
3. Text
Brief presentation of important points of the topic/research, including the following sections:
- Background and Objectives
- Methods
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusions and Implementations
- Main references (maximum 6 references)
4. Footer
Contact information with clear notes about the corresponding author’s email address, affiliation and address. Provide other details: funding…(if any)
