Representatives of VTV Can Tho include the Board of Directors and leaders of departments (News, Category and Entertainment, Editorial Secretary, Technical, General).

Representatives of Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy include the Rector Board, Information Technology Office, Science-Technology & External Relations Office, Inspection & Legalization Office, Educational Testing Office, Youth Union and Student Union.

Representatives of the two counterparts came to an agreement on the content of the Memorandum of Understanding and discussed upcoming activities. The Memorandum of Understanding has opened opportunities for future exchange and cooperation between the two units.
