Dr. STEPHANIE Nguyen is currently a final-year resident doctor, specializing in Family Medicine at Waco Family Physician Center, Texas, USA.
            With tons of experience from practical programs in several countries around the world, especially in psychological problems in children and adolescents, Dr. STEPHANIE Nguyen wishes to learn about the medical education environment in Vietnam, specifically at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy, enhance teaching exchange experience with students at the University. She has also participated in teaching, scientific activities with graduate and undergraduate students on topics revolving around behavior change counseling and psychological problems in children, minors according to the principles of Family Medicine. She also participated in the exchange of clinical experiences in the medical examination and treatment training sessions at the Department of Examination, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital.

            During 02 working days, lecturers from the Department of Family Medicine of Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy had the chance to greet and exchange with Dr. STEPHANIE Nguyen about the training program for medical students, specifically majoring in Family Medicine in both countries, discussed the need for cooperation in research, tutoring and clinical practice.

             Through the process of working together, the Department of Family Medicine also approved and absorbed advanced and applicable points to improve the Family Medicine rotation program at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy.

The working process ended successfully with functional information and the enthusiastic participation of trainees and students.
