Attending the signing ceremony were Assoc. Prof.PhD. NGUYEN Van Lam - Vice Rector of the University, Assoc. Prof.PhD. TRUONG Nhut Khue – Dean of Faculty of Odonto - Stomatology; PhD. Dr. LE Nguyen Lam, Ph.D. Dr. DO Thi Thao - Vice Deans; representatives of the departments and the Office of Science - Technology & External Relations of the University. 

About Saveetha Dental College, Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Science from India, the participants were Prof. SHEEJA S Varghese - College Administrative Council; PhD. ARAVIND Kumar S - School of Dentistry; Assoc. Prof.PhD. LAKSHMI Thangavelu - Dean of the Office of International Cooperation. 

Opening remarks of the signing ceremony, Assoc. Prof. PhD. NGUYEN Van Lam expressed the major excitement about the cooperation between the two units. Hopefully, this memorandum of understanding will enable closer cooperation towards the common goal of both units, pursuing the internationalization of education. 

Prof.PhD. ARAVIND Kumar S also expressed his thankfulness for the cooperation of Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy, confirmed a cooperative relationship between the two units and a strongly believed that the cooperation of the two units will open up more learning opportunities for students, innovate teaching methods, as well as implement student exchange programs, external relations, scientific research and conveying practical values to learners and society. 

Based on the exchanged and discussed content, leaders of the two units signed an agreement on cooperation in academic exchange and research cooperation. The signing between the two countries had led to many new opportunities in the future for development in teaching, scientific research and international cooperation as well as external relations of Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy.
