The Mahasarakham University, established as a Thai public university in 1994, is located in the northeastern region of the nation. This multi-disciplinary training center focuses on the fields of humanities, health science, applied science, and education. With 17 faculties and two colleges, the university has been recognized as one of Thailand's fastest growing to become one of the top 20 universities in Thailand based on the Webometrics Ranking of World Universities. [1]

The Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy had three representatives presenting at the conference, included:

1.      MD. Tran Gia Hung - Faculty of Medicine;

2.      MNS. Duong Thi Thuy Trang- Faculty of Nursing and Medical Techniques;

3.      MNS. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Han- Scientific Research and International Cooperation Office.

CTUMP’s representatives had presentations at the conference, discussed the advanced training program and visited the Faculty of Public Health and the Department of Management of the Mahasarakham University.
